| Poorly configured and overloaded machines resulted in the VPS account I signed up with to have 90% downtime and simple html pages loading in 2 minutes or more. The advertized live 24/7 tech support was non-existent and you were lucky to find a live person during normal business hours and none could actually diagnose or fix a problem. |
