I had a business plan, paid on an annual basis with Magic Moments. They were fine until you needed any form of support and then you'd be waiting until almost their 24 hours response SLA to get an response to your support request and then it could take DAYS to get any resolution.
Generally good uptime and server and network speed, until they changed the PHP configuration without announcing it first. Mayhem with PHP apps ensued.
I left before the year was out and wouldn't go back |
